I’ve been going to Chloe (Ten20) for over 10 years now, and I honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. She does my acrylic nail extensions, gel polish on my toes, eyebrows, and facials, and every single treatment is always carried out to the highest standard. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and talent are second to none, and I always leave feeling my absolute best. What makes her truly special, though, is the person she is. Over the years she’s become so much more than my beauty therapist – she’s become a friend and a safe space. Every appointment is something I genuinely look forward to, not just because I know I’ll leave looking amazing, but because I always leave feeling happier too. She takes the time to listen, makes you feel completely comfortable, and genuinely cares about her clients. It’s rare to find someone who is not only exceptional at what they do but also so kind, welcoming, and trustworthy. I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who consistently delivers beautiful results and makes every visit a lovely experience, you won’t find anyone better.
